Pays For Itself. Our app subscription prices are so low that you can easily pay for a subscription by completing just one survey or inspection report each month.

Any Company Size. Whether you are a one-person company, a surveying practice, or a large corporation, you can benefit from creating high-quality survey and inspection reports directly on site with software at affordable costs.

Discounts? Yes! Subscription prices are discounted the more users you have, the more surveyors-apps you have, and you get two months free if you take out a yearly subscription.

Enhancements - Add-ons (Extra £ Charge)

Some of the apps have additional add-ons that give you extra features that may be of benefit to you. These are optional and the apps still work well without them (It's a bit like having leather seats added to your BMW!). You just pay an extra monthly fee for the whole organisation, so every user can benefit from the extra time-saving features.

Costed Works. The 'Costed Works' add-on is available in most the apps. This great add-on lets you specify costed works based on a schedule of rates that you can manage within the app. This will save you a huge amount of time, whereby you can give your clients a report with a detailed breakdown of costs.

BI Dashboards. You can commission us to produce a Business Intelligence Dashboard for any of the PsCloud surveying apps. In these BI dashboards, you can visualise your building information in graphical formats such as bar graphs, pie charts, etc. You can also amalgamate, filter and export your building data to other platforms.

Decent Homes Quality Standard. The 'Decent Homes' add-on is available in the Housing Stock Condition apps. This great easy-to-use add-on lets you manage your English quality standard and includes an HHSRS compliance checklist.

WHQS Quality Standard. The 'Welsh Quality Standard' add-on is available in the Housing Stock Condition apps. This great easy-to-use add-on lets you manage your Welsh quality standard and includes an HHSRS compliance checklist.

SHQS Quality Standard. The 'Scottish Quality Standard' add-on is available in the Housing Stock Condition apps. This great easy-to-use add-on lets you manage your Scottish quality standard with a compliance checklist.

Customisation

App Design Features. Our PsCloud apps are customisable with the App Design features built into the software. These great features mean you can make the app your own without incurring any extra costs. We have invested a lot of money over the last 20 years to produces an off-the-shelf set of apps at a very reasonable price.

Bespoke Services. If you want something really special, we may do bespoke customisations and even complete survey template designs. But you will need pay a few £000's for bespoke developments as per industry standard costs.

However, our customisation and bespoke design services are charged at very reasonable prices, much lower than you would pay for traditional bespoke application development that would normally be very expensive!
